Definitely possible to get AI without restrictions. I use claude, dont need it to hold my hand since i can hack without it. Using mostly for script writing

yep, if you have a bit of knowledge and you can make claude do everything, just don’t naively say “hacking”

Hugging face, just search. Ask chat gpt for one that fits your need. I was lazy, found it, downloaded it and then had Claude set it up. Took maybe 50% of my normal subscription use for a 5 hour period.

Firstly, AI isn't a thing. Fancy LLMs running locally is probably what anyone remotely serious about computers would be using, if at all.
