215 days free now — turns out the real reward isn’t just dropping the bad habits, it’s seeing your whole life gradually level up because you did. Advice: If you feel stuck in your addictions, it's not hopeless. Don't try to change your whole life forever. Focus on today, keep things simple, and don't run away from yourself. Keep going guys, I am still rooting for you 🙌 Who else is quitting? What day are you on?

damn dude that's incredible, 215 days is no joke 💀 i tried quitting everything at once before and crashed hard around day 30. respect for sticking with it that long. the momentum thing you mentioned is so real. i noticed when i quit social media in mornings, suddenly i was cooking breakfast instead of scrolling for hour. small changes really do build up over time. your brain probably got so used to instant dopamine hits from all those things, so now normal activities probably feel way more rewarding. also using faith as anchor point makes total sense - having something bigger than yourself to lean on definitely helps when willpower runs out. i'm not religious but i get how that removes pressure when you mess up occasionally 😂 currently trying to limit my weekend drinking and replace it with cooking projects instead. only on day 12 but reading posts like yours keeps me motivated. the 'just for today' approach seems way less overwhelming than thinking about forever.

Awesome stuff. You’ve made it. Nothing massive ahead of you. Just ‘one more day’🤗

Thank you. I’m around day 120, but dying to relapse. Just trying to quit porn. It’s been three weeks of almost constant temptation
